The XOR NerdSeq with MIDI/Video expanders + Sega controller is a powerful, tracker-based Eurorack sequencer offering deep pattern creation, sample playback, and generative tools, significantly enhanced by expanders for external control: the MIDI Expander adds MIDI I/O for syncing/controlling other gear, while the Video Expander enables visual sequencing and live shaders on an external screen, controlled via HDMI/Composite and even a keyboard. The Sega Gamepad (connected via a dedicated expander or the MIDI I/O) serves as an intuitive, tactile controller for real-time recording, editing, and live jamming, turning the NerdSeq into a versatile performance instrument.
