A high-impedance JFET front end means the Imperial preserves your picking dynamics and signal quality immaculately, passing them to the eponymous BC183 transistors to tap into mountains of mid-heavy gain. The classic Volume, Tone and Fuzz knob configuration are maintained, with the addition of a three-position switch to tailor the mid frequency response between scooped, flat and boosted, giving you options ranging from raucous Corgan crunch to smooth and searing Gilmour tones.
