Constructed with germanium clipping diodes and circuitry based on the famous MXR Distortion III, the MXR Classic Distortion is a modern take on a coveted vintage effect. Full of mid-range bite and a controllable gain with an easily controlled spectrum, this effect, as the name implies, summons all the classic rock snarl you could shake a stick at.
