Built around four mythic MN3005 bucket brigade delay chips that generate inimitable analog warmth that gets sent through a corridors of digital manipulation for undiscovered leagues of harmonization, pitch-shifting, and uncharted experimental sonic depths, the Chase Bliss Audio Thermae Analog Delay/Harmonizer is a morphing, enfolding delay experience that wraps players in a wildly unique effect experience. Named after the public baths of ancient Rome, the Thermae is capable of warm, cascading sequencing and steps thanks to two interval controls for speed and depth that can be further divided, pitch-shifted, and blurred thanks to a low pass filter, regen, and glide controls along with nine modulation dip switches for further experimentation. Our favorite pedal of NAMM 2018 and one of the most novel effects to come along in years.
