The Caline CP-40 is an acoustic preamp and DI (Direct Injection) box designed for electro-acoustic guitars to convert the instrument’s unbalanced signal into a balanced, stronger signal suitable for a mixer or PA system. It provides controls for tone shaping, including a gain-adjusting input knob, bass and treble EQ, and an anti-feedback control to eliminate problematic frequencies. The pedal also features a treble boost for adding brightness, a true bypass design, and can be powered by a 9V battery or power supply.
