The Boss GK-5 is a next-generation “divided” (hexaphonic) pickup for 6-string electric guitars, designed to work with Boss’s Serial GK digital interface (like the GM-800 synth). It captures individual string signals, providing improved, low-latency performance and stable digital transmission over traditional 13-pin systems. It is easily mounted without modifications.
