The Akai LPD8 is a sleek, portable USB / MIDI pad controller that easily fits into your laptop bag and small enough to comfortably sit right in front of the keyboard. With eight backlit, velocity-sensitive MPC pads, the LPD8 offers familiar-feeling control to your computer-based production rig. A bank of eight assignable Q-Link rotaries offer control over the software parameters of your choosing, putting that tactile feel back into making music that’s typically lost in many modern production studios.
